In my honest opinion, without a dubt, Abul mogard is the Bach of the modern era. Bach was painting with the notes, using counterpoint knowledge and art, Abul mogard is painting with textures! I am very sure in a few centuries from now, people will come back to listen to his music and will tell this man was an absolute genious! His music is not just a music you feel an experience, like having been put in a storm, or in the void, or in space between galaxies. It is a journy through time, space, and emotions.
@@Bloodbarn I would imagine, that judging by the well thought out and presented sequences, that most of (if not all of) the sequence playback is coming from Ableton via the Expert Sleepers; and processed through the modular, then back into Ableton for audio processing (eq, reverb and delay)... I made this recreation of his rig from a photo on his Instagram : www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/2386970

A pretty complex modular setup with humongous reverbs …With the level of secrecy around him, we will probably never know specifically.
@@Bloodbarni figured it out!
bunch of serge, couple filters; definitely DAW processing too, ES3 in the rack
I have to look up most of those toys, thanks !
