thank you! look around some more, i had to wait for a vacancy because lots of places don’t offer it. they’re out there. you could also use a generator. if you don’t plan to film and can bear the noise it’s a good option. if you have land you can also purchase a pre fab shed/building (this was my first option) and you end up paying just the same as a storage unit.
I never knew that so much went into the making of a canvas and leather backpack. Now I know why they are so expensive to buy. Great job and very interesting video. Thanks for sharing your skills.
Since you already have the pattern for the bag made (I'm assuming someone cut it with a cnc?) you could have a sort of tailor's board made to put in the bag, apply heat and/or steam and the wax would melt, holding a nice sharp edge around the bag seams.
Love this bag it looks very clean and would hold up on many great little day hikes or trips, I think my only critique of it would be the design of the shoulder straps. I personally would have cut them a different way so they curved more under and around the shoulders and arms to make them more comfortable especially if your going to wear if for a long time. Like I said though it looks great! Did you wax the canvas yourself out of curiosity?
Amazing work! What make and model is the knife you use, the brass handled one? I also would like to know about the awl in your videos. I am a bit of a tool geek. Thanks in advance! Keep up the amazing work!
@@discipledesigned Did you go back and forward several times? Would just single stitching hold it with the pressure it will get? I wish I could have seen it.

How did you attach those little triangles to the side seam...your sewing machine wouldn't have been able to do that??
it is an industrial sewing machine. it is able to go through 7/16” material

Beautiful work. I noticed the seams along the sides of the heart were left raw. Does the glue prevent fraying?
Gusset, not heart (damn autocorrect).
it has so far! i will probably end up doubling over the edge just for safety
Is it contact adhesive?

вещь конечно красивая но одинарный шов не внушает доверия
Проклеено, да с вощеной нитью прошито - хоть воду в нем таскай. Только вот не понятно какой основной материал там.
