Is the WEAVER'S KNOT better than the SHEET BEND?

I was going insane wondering what I was missing when all the book binding peeps were talking about Weavers knots and I was thinking, god that looks like a sheet bend to me, I think I will continue using the sheet bend and calling it such lol. Thanks heaps.

Yes, all I f the different names makes it a bit confusing at times. Funny is when someone argues that a knot is something else, when it might be both.
