Why would anyone buy these highly priced utensils when one can get better quality products from local manufacturers in haryana and Punjab. As said about mixing, some mixing is obviously done to make utensils solid, so the reasoning given by them is just manipulation. Kaansi which is mostly used in Himachal Pradesh is bought from local markets of haryana and Punjab. And talking about the designs, I have used the same designs back in 2012-13 approx. So I don't see it as something unique.

4.14 - Can anyone tell me the difference between CEO, COO, and CPO. More than full forms, what are their actual duties and ranking in a business.

A breakdown of the roles and responsibilities of CEO, COO, and CPO in a business:
      1. CEO (Chief Executive Officer):
      - The CEO is the highest-ranking executive in a company and is responsible for making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources, and acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.
      - They set the company's strategy, vision, and goals, and work towards achieving them.
      - The CEO typically has the final say in most decisions, especially those concerning long-term direction, financial matters, and significant investments.
      - They often represent the company in public events, investor meetings, and media interviews.
      2. COO (Chief Operating Officer):
      - The COO is usually the second-in-command in a company, reporting directly to the CEO.
      - Their primary focus is on the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that the company's processes and procedures are efficient and effective.
      - The COO often oversees various departments such as production, manufacturing, supply chain, and sometimes sales and marketing.
      - They work closely with other executives to implement the CEO's strategic vision and ensure that operational goals align with overall business objectives.
      - In some organizations, the COO may also be responsible for managing human resources, technology, or other key functions.
      3. CPO (Chief Product Officer) or sometimes referred to as Chief Creative Officer:
      - The CPO is responsible for the development and management of the company's products or services.
      - They lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments.
      - The CPO focuses on understanding market trends, customer needs, and competition to drive innovation and ensure that the company's offerings remain competitive and relevant.
      - They collaborate with other executives to align product strategies with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
      - In some organizations, especially in tech companies, the CPO may also be responsible for user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, and overall brand identity.
In terms of ranking, the CEO holds the highest position, followed by the COO, and then the CPO. However, the exact hierarchy and reporting structure can vary depending on the organization's size, industry, and corporate culture.
