Just a tip for everyone: when Esme was doing mickeys mane (10:30 ish) she was using a mane/tail brush. That can be really hard on the horses mane and yank out strands, I recommend using a body brush or soft dandy brush to to it and then gently brush with mane comb. I’m not saying this to be critical, I do use a mane and tail comb but you just want to be careful. 😊
I used to ride a standardbred he was gorgeous and was quite old, he wasn't quite fast enough to be a trotter, but still trotted weirdly sometimes, I though it was cute!🥰🥰

Mickey look so much like a pony I loved on the riding school I used to ride at. He's name was Napolion. I miss him so much. He was one of the oldest of the pinies. Mickey is so cute!

OH wow mickeys bloodlines are so bizzare! i have 2 standardbreds, there very common over here in aus x they are quite often known as the "bad breed" or the "cant do anything" "isnt show type" but i love them! such a quirky breed! i guess thats were mickey gets his quirkyness from. my standy mare is very licky and has the thickest mane aswell and is very chucky which isnt usually the standy confirmation
Well, Peruvian Paso's are smaller horses as are Morgans. Standardbred? That really thru me. I've been around a lot of them and the smallest one I've been on was 15.2.
