6:32 is not the choke but the idle manual adjustment. Choke is on a cable from the left handle bar to right side of lower carb. The cable pulls a slider to adjust choke manually of both carbs simultaneously. But great video to remind us. I have 2007 GT250R
Hi I have gt125r, I would like to change to manual pitcock which you can on and off, instead of vacuum pump. Is it possible. The reason for this is I have heard vacuum pump is not reliable, if diaframe get damaged, fuel goes into the engine and create a lot of problems. This why people change to manual pitcock. Please advise on this, thanks
Can you just use a fuel tap from the tank with fuel line strait to the intake on the carb as I think my fuel switch on my tank dont work as no fuel is being circulated. Do you need the vacuum system for it to work?

@@r91motorswelcome79 hello can u tell me what is a problem when I ride and reach around 9-10 k rpm engine chocked only when it's hot. When air filter it's on airbox same but on cold engaine . When I remove filter it's OK but only when it's not hot
@@tomektedorowski5619 could be two options air leak or something to do with fuel!! I think in this case could be your little fuel tank valve more rpm you give the more it should give fuel but sounds like there is not enough fuel going on high rpm check the vacuum pump all hoses for any cracks or any damage what can make air leak if all good replace your fuel tank valve and filter not expensive maybe filter with valve around 25£ in hyosungs this happened quite often hopefully it helps keep updating
@@tomektedorowski5619 and why is happening on hot engine because hoses or any rubber seals when they get warmer they kind get a bit bigger like stretch a bit and that can make air leak or your valve not working on full
I have a gt250r and installing a gv250 motor, but the gv 250 has two exits from the cylinder head I know one connects to the vacuum pump but can I seal the other? Or should I have a y connect to connect both? Like the one in your front cylinder
@@r91motorswelcome79 ha fair enough, and my bike has not run for two years, changed the oil, the old fuel and the fuel line and filter and now the bike revs really high at 4 thousand rpm and dosent drop down, and if I rev the engine it takes ages for the revs to drop back to 4 thousand rpm,
Hamish Graves just did you check the accelerator cable or choke sometimes they stuck maybe check them and put some W40 but if they are fine clean carburettor but maybe you done already. and make sure there is air flaps two off them make sure they close properly sometimes can get some dirt in it and gives to much air like in cold start if all is good just let me know I will explain you have to adjust carb!

Just plug and play put in order you think should be right if that doesn’t work then go different way

Yeah I know just close one down and see have it works if no good just try another one that’s what I did

Ali Alcala this is 250cc around 2007 to 2012 years not to sure but I replaced with 2016 all exactly the same!!
What year is this. Mine is a 09 gt650r and looks completely different from this.

What does connecting these hoses do ?
Some of them are from fuel intake and also air hoses air and fuel just run around like circle
