Love the bike and am looking for something with power that doesn’t need a licence. Can you confirm …? Unfortunately software limiting a 750 to 250 won’t make it street legal as a bike…it would class as pedelec..thus requiring a moped licence?
From what S73 say they are legal. Restricted to 250w and 15mph with no throttle meets the criteria. There are plenty of legal e bikes they have restricted motors apparently 👍
From what we understand, and this isn't legal advice 😀because you have to stop and derestrict the bike via the app then it still fits the ebike class for Europe. If it was constantly derestricted or could be changed while riding then we believe this is not legal. Definitely worth finding out for sure though but we go on the manufacturers guidelines 👍👍
So I've been looking at getting a ZX is there a recommended height of weight max capacity. I know you said 6ft 2 but I'm 6ft, would that be a comfortable height to ride that bike. Also I've seen several sites selling these bikes and wondered if there's a better site to buy from in terms of customer service delivery times etc. Also finally I know you said the battery doesn't detach but I wondered if it can be replaced after time if it is worn down.

now and again might need to put bike trailer on it. will these take one!
