I'll never forget my first time playing this game. The very second I got the Skell and could fly anywhere, I took to the seas and flew around the entire map, hoping to visit new lands that the game didn't want me to see yet. The moment I reached the waters of Sylvalum and heard that majestic soundtrack, I stopped and listened to it in awe. I spent the next hour trying to find a way inside. I was dying to see what it looked like if the music was THIS good for it. Of course, I couldn't get in, and I cursed that giant rock wall surrounding it. Many hours later when I finally set foot inside it proper, I was not disappointed. I love this game so much.
I always enjoyed exploring in these games, but X made it feel special. The sense of verticality with having flight really added an extra bit of spice to the already addictive gameplay loop

Yooo didn't expect to see this! Nice! I can't wait to have my skell back. It's been too long. Driving a skell's so satisfying too. I love tight turns on the formula. It's got that drift feel to it and I love it. We Xenoblade fans are indeed spoiled. One day, one day we can hope Trails is the same way on Switch 2 provided its backwards compatible. You're so right though. The Xenoblade to Trails pipeline and vice-versa is so real. That's exactly how it happened for me xD You got the name right by the way, Lao! LOL I love how you slowly crept up onto the screen when Black Knight rolled up. We just gotta let Takahashi cook.
I tried to get this out asap, lol, but seeing this announcement genuinely floored me. I thought it was a joke at first but then saw it was from the official channel xD Indeed, the Skells were so fun. Going around and fighting all the giant monsters in them felt so satisfying. I was a Xenoblade fan before discovering Trails so there's definitely a connection. Maybe this was Takahashi's plan all along, collude with Kondo to secretly spread both series reach even further xD I knew it started with an L at least! Pfft, glad it was effective. I'm very curious to see what he's got cooking. Whatever it is, it'll be good.

Nintendo really has it with random tuesdays and just dropping games on us. Or their last partner showcase where they just dropped the TitS Remake on us. Nintendo is just being Nintendo though. Doing the usual of dropping bombshells nobody is expecting from them. Anyway, Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is getting a remaster and I really need to read Fate/Stay Night now. Not sure if you heard of the super glitched out steam release, but there are some funny memes floating around from that still. The fans took it with stride and were sort of bummed after it got patched the next day. The randomizer and all the random Illyas made form some really good memes.

They have to be expanding on the ending based on what was shown, also yeah it's called "Definitive Edition" which is probably another giveaway. I would honestly love a sequel; the Skell combat was some of the most fun I had in the series.
Nah, see, the twist is that Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition is actually ALSO Kingdom Hearts 4. The moment the game ends and the cliffhanger starts we'll see a Corridor of Darkness appear and some hooded fellas jump our friend in the beach and then throw him THROUGH the Corridor and into Quadratum. Don't worry guys I know this because my dad works in Nintendo and my big bro works in Square. I've got the DEETS down if ya catch what I'm saying.
I only bought mine many many years later, saw a bundle going for $100 and decided to grab it. Played a decent amount of games (mostly the exclusives) and got my monies worth for sure. Xenoblade Chronicles X will be a treat.

Fromsoft games are very quality so I'd add them to that list personally, I'm a massive Souls fan so maybe my opinion doesn't count xD we are truly blessed to have so many great games and series to explore

Game looks sharper then it did on Wii-u, I'm glad we getting this on the switch, and it's quite possible we're getting an expansion to the story.
It looks great imo, an expansion akin to Future Connected or Redeemed would be so good...
