I was just in that building last summer in the room where you can get a copy of birth certificate. I noticed they had a sign that said photography is prohibited. After watching so many audits I am still shocked that people believe they have the rights not to be recorded in public. Thanks for going to this location really needed to be educated.

    • @Randytherumbler

Next time have the courage to exercise our constitutional rights.
      Especially our First Amendment.
Either exercise our constitutional rights or LOSE them.
Or have taken away from you.
It's the same thing of me in Texas inside of a food stamp office.
They got all those C.F.R.'s and U.S. Codes.
Also has a paper sign that says no recording by audio, video, and what else.
      It's unlawful, unconstitutional,and undemocratic.
If they do call the police and I'm unlawfully get asked to leave,and/or ask for I.D. because to the cops....
........ If they get paranoid and become adamant about me I.D. ing myself, that's not a crime, then I can simply file a complaint to the supervisor.
If I get unlawfully criminal trespassed, it's a violation of our First Amendment rights.
      Plain and simple.
The food stamp employees and employers are public servants.
      They work for us.
      WE don't work for THEM.
      It's not their building ; it's ours.
      The taxpayers pay for it.

Those are the kind of people who think they know all the answers and are always correct. As someone who works in the public, they should have known that things change with the laws all the time since new laws are written and judge's rulings come down form the courts that makes things different every time. The main issue here is that these people have bullied the people for so long they think they are the arbiters of the rules that they are supposed to follow.

Thank Nena for having much knowledge and we the people love her and appreciate her very very much. Thank you James for your hard work and knowledge as we do indeed need people like you.

Here is a classic example of the dumbing down of America !! ! The government is so willing to pass MILLIONS of laws and rules and ordinances but they REFUSE to educate their people on these LAWS !!! A suggestion is the auditor should carry a folder of the laws and such of what he is doing so when he runs into a situation as this he can educate them and show them HE knows the laws and has something to prove or back up his position. ie Rogue Nation.

As a law school grad myself, I can tell you that there is very little taught in relatively few hours over 3 years on Constitutional Law. Only attorneys who specialize in Constitutional Law are experts in it. In addition, most attorneys in the government graduated at the bottom of their classes and could not make it in the private sector. The very best example of the truth of this statement sits at the top of the government. If you can carry a 1.9 undergrad GPA and graduate #76/85 in your law school class, you could be President. These attorneys reflect the expectations set forth by our government, as sad as that is to say.
