Im well exposed to world cinema, anime, etc. SRK had iconic films that cemented him as household name, his era is over. its about talent and hardwork now not just being the right person at the right time. I saw jawan and pathaan and I couldnt believe ppl kept going for those movies. But for 5 mins in bramastra he showed true skill and acting he couldnt show in 3 hrs of these movies. Same is the case in Jawan,it's not about how good of an actor you are,Srk did so many experiments during 2010s which was the reason for his temporary downfall as well!! He knew that his stardom isn't meant for just experiments alone,hence he made a comeback with mass commercial cinema!! And we don't blame him..Pathaan and Jawan is still one of the best commercial movies in the recent times,Salman,Akshay,Ajay Devgan and many others were minting 100-200-300 crores doing shitty commercial movies..it's definitely not SRK's fault

Vijay fandom is honestly crazy but most of it the guy deserve it for his work. I started watching him after i saw Akshay Kumar's Holiday and then Vijay Sir's Movie both within two days on TV. Though they copied bollywood film only to find out his was original, then i saw a couple of old vijay films and then theri came in. By that time i had some experience of tamil cinema and loved that movie.
I hope that vijay sir focus more on hindi audience to have true pan-india access. Leo had potential to break all records (even though the 2nd half was bad) but this system of tamil cinema of 6 week wait is will restrict that. Here we dont watch movies with such aggressiveness to go FDFS everytime. Movies earn upto 4-5 weeks nicely if they are good. But those who are going to watch it after 2nd week will not bother if its coming on their phone in a month later as now subscriptions are almost same price as movie ticket.
I hope tamil producers agree to the 8 week system so that the good movies come here as well.
