This man selling organic sugar cane juice is not with mediocre abilities but someone with an initiative, drive and ability to get things done. Whoever has initiative will develop ability and eventually succeed in whatever they put their hands in. In today's undependable economy people need to be flexible and adapt to changing times. To become a big & successful a business needs people with initiative. Those who only focus on traditional professions would have written off both scientific genius Albert Einstein, successful businessman Richard Branson when they dropped out of school.
