I believe it will happen at the ending of episode 11 or earlier of episode 12. That scene happen after Sky asked Phai for a date with a disguise to accompany him to the mall to buy some stationary. While on a date there's a phone called reminding Phai that he need to go to his acquaintance birthday party so after they eat at Japanese restaurant they went back to Praphai's apartment to take the birtday gift. Then the scene at the desk happen when they're at Phai apartment.
