Well, muscles are heavier than fat, so gaining the amount of muscles he did is gaining more weight than if he had just gained fat. It does make me sometimes worried for his joints in the long run, considering those crazy choreographies those guys are doing, but aside from that he is perfect as he is.

Few Stays know of the tremendous influence that Changbin has always had as far as the group is concerned, even now. Channie is the great leader that he is, but his right hand has always been Binnie, he is the one who helps him in everything and who always guides him in these matters. He is even the one who keeps him stable and helps him overcome his crises. It is because of Changbin that the group renewed the contract with all its members. It is why the kids are happy and more stable than most idols, Binnie is the one who attracts them to my healthy life of eating well and exercising, because even Channie focused on exercising and doing extreme diets before wanting to have as much muscle as Binnie, he said he was influenced by Changbin's example. Binnie is the moral and mental support of the group and the kids have always said that.
He is gaining both, muscles and weight. I love that he is different, we will always stand out whatever he does and however he looks like. And ofc i love that he stands his ground
Changbin stood his ground respect cuz to me this just my opinion but how changbin is today I feel like it adds more power behind his words not only because he’s stronger n bigger in muscle mass but also because his improved style is strong melodic songs “ULTRA”for example it hits more cuz of how changbin is right now it was still be good if it was his past self but now it’s more powerful I hope y’all get what I mean and what I’m trynna say💯 anyways with that being said changbin is perfect no matter what🔥💯

It's not that the company didn't want or anything like that it's the so called idol standard , idols specially newly debuted ones have to maintain the so called beauty standards and idk why but korean like lean body not bulked up one so they asked him to maintain that body but ig they stopped because the fact that Changbin is loved and known to fans because of his amazing bulked up body.
I think Korea in general need a medical education. This idea that not looking like skin and bones = fat is starting to get ridiculous. And the idol industry of all places should be the last people accepting this way of thinking. Idols are similar to athletes. Their activities requires them being active hence they should be put a HEALTHY lifestyle for example eating less fatty foods, eat more greens, protein shakes, exercise. Not starvation. With those lack of nutrients in their bodies no wonder every so often you hear about idols getting sick.

Actually currently Changbin still quietly in terms of chubby with body builder. Make him a bit shorter. I am miss Changbin's body back then during Thunderous or during Hellevator. He just handsome with previous body. and quite cute. Thats my sincerely comment. I love Stray Kids.

That doesn’t mean he won't listen to other's opinions or wants, but if he thinks it's important, good luck getting him to sway. "I am strong" he said, and I believe him. Idols like him let me hope for the future of the kpop industry.. all those young people into adults struggling with their self-image because of someone else's beauty standards.. ❤️🩹❤️🩹
