How to make a simple Aigir dish

  • This is our family's favourite dish. Most times we prepare it on Sundays.
    A friend of my mum (Tolai woman) thought her how to prepare this lovely dish.
    Mum has also thought us how to prepare it so we know basically the basic steps on how to prepare.

    Take note: This is not how Tolai people traditionally make Aigir, potatoes aren’t used and the coconut milk is squeezed fresh, directly on to the vegetables and the veggies are not browned… Aigir is a traditional Tolai dish.

      My dear, the idea is there. We know how it's done. This is just a basic and cheap way to atleast have a taste of the local dish, on an ordinary day without having to spend that much money. I appreciate your comments though.
