(from Amsterdam) In general Dutch people seldom go crazy applauding an artist, no matter how good this artist is.....I lived in the US and know exactly how people on the other side of the ocean react to extrodinary performances....every time Glennis does a cover it becomes something special, sometimes even better then the original version (watch her rendition of Halo, Always, Versace on the floor etc and do watch the Ladies of Soul, they'll blow you away.....!!)
Let's not forget the fantastic live music and expecially the back vocals here. They are top notch. Too bad this program 'Holland zingt' doesn't exist anymore.

It's petty...Glennis Grave doesn't get the attention and appreciation she deserves. She is the best singer in the Netherlands at the moment. I know why she's is not up there in the top and all that...certain things you can't put your finger on, but you can feel them.
