I started 18 years ago with Yoga and Zen and all this different states 2 inquire in own mind, bevor I felt quiet lost and free, spontanous ...though becoming a parent= quiet something in this dimension here...not easy ....so Zen and Yoga was a huge support through this parenting story.
When we sit or just do Shavasana...which actually was the reason...I sticked 2 Yoga and Zen...we see all as is= all a dreamy mind state...we just transform our conscious awareness from one state into annother...prior 2 mind= just silence...peace.
All u can realize= how 2 use this mind more wise...more conscious...more allert and rather as the user as the used....waking up fully 2 this Maya= not easy...though it brings freedom...peace and clearity.
Thx 2 the clear Light of the enlightened mind states we cultivate through Yoga, Zen...Meditation= deep inquiring in ones true nature.
Love= freedom from a dark cluttered mind and its creation inclusive all sensations...who arise with.

Interesting, why would one want not to be born again as a human being and, for that matter, why should not being born again or being freed from thf human existence be the ultimate aim for someone on the spiritual path if, as Gurudev says on other occasions, those who are born as human beings are very very fortunate as it is a relatively rare thing to happen ( considering the billions of different forms of existence)? 😊
