Hi, Pharma to infosec in still possible given you have immense interest in infosec. What i suggest is to understand more about computers, networking and bit of coding. post that you can start looking out. Meanwhile you can get started with tryhackme or hackthebox., they have a very good beginner friendly videos.

Hi, use portals like nulljobs, angellist jobs for finding the open positions for various companies who don't go with the traditional shortlisting. I may not recommend a course but suggest to check hackthebox and get some ranking in there, it definitely helps.

Please don't go away from coding. it eventually helps you in every domain. In-fact even security need a bit of coding. If you have a good subject and doesn't want to code then below are the few choices you can look into.

Hello, good to hear your interest into Infosec. I would recommend to expand your expertise to perimeter security like Firewall, WAF, VPN, Secure Web Gateway and Cloud Infrastructure. Slowly move down towards the software side of things.
