I love how you’re not afraid to show yourself eating a big meal and big slices of cake, a lot of bloggers/youtubers would just show themselves eating salads and avocado toast and other health guru things and it paints such an unrealistic diet that makes many people (including myself) feel bad for eating unhealthier things. Good luck hope you get your place on the marathon. You can train for anything I have never done a marathon but do a half marathon a least once a year with little run training. It's all in the mind :)

I’ve always said I have a separate compartment for dessert because....DESSERT! I actually read something recently about how sugar causes the muscles on your stomach to relax, making you feel less full so that’s why there’s always room for dessert!

Carol Redhead well I actually shrunk them in the tumble dryer but I call that ‘the wash’ too. I wash all my jeans inside out on a cold cycle, but if any have stretched sometimes I pop them in the tumble dryer for half an hour to shrink them back....I forgot these and they were in there for an hour and a half 🤦🏼♀️

Jennifer Stiles Missoma is a better quality but is more expensive. The gold can also vary between the 2 brands as they use a different ct 👍🏼
