It works 1time for me and after i try different faces there are invisible.Ftex converter also i cant drop dds files .

Thanks for your video, i did exactly what u did here but the players i put a new face look invisible, it happened three times. What it could be? I'm actually lost :(. And thank u again i love this pes so i was looking for a video like this

Thank you, if you do it carefully, it is not a problem like in the video.
You probably have a problem with player ID

@@alirezafacemaker9320 ok i will try again. The ID is the folder's name right? i mean i don't have to change something else like the files name or something like that. I tried to change modric's face and a random player to put messi 2011 face there and i'm pretty sure that the IDs were correct. Thanks for answer me :D

I just remember that the plugins in your folder doesn't work in my photoshop so i downloaded other plugins. Maybe that could be the problem?? I use Photoshop 2023
