Myself, I only wear my black skirts or dresses on my monthly. With leggings underneath.
I also wear bladder control underwear. Still got to watch it, but more practical than pads.
The peroxide does work as long as not wait too long and use enough.
If were to use pads, instead of putting the extra one on underwear, use a purse or fanny pack.

Exercise, drink water, good diet. You may have hormonal problems too eg. Beginning of pcod or too much testosterone etcetc

Don't use birth control pills if not intimate or planning for baby with husband. It has permanent side effects that can still be there after years of not taking it. Even breast cancer is one of those effects.
Edit: Or any birth control.
Another effect is weight gain.
