Not so much simplistic, rather uncanny. That's what makes the horror unique. Scott could've done something like this to make his game scarier, but the reason he didn't, is because it's not scarier. It's like in ucn, where not much is a mystery, or questionable. This mod definitely had effort put into it, but it doesn't accomplish it's goal, rather doing the opposite.

fnaf 1 has ALWAYS been the scariest to me. it genuinely makes me terrified because it looks and sounds realistic. however, my personal favourite is fnaf 2, more easter eggs and a lot less scary and perfect for me to personally play with. i haven't touched fnaf 1 since 2017, that's how terrified i am.

honestly you should have made the setting the fnaf 4 bedroom its more scarier because instead of getting a couple seconds before they jump-scare you and have the whole office in your field of view you have blind spots if your at one door you have a risk that one might be in the closet on your bed or at the other door making the game more scarier then fnaf 4 because the corrupted animatronics are more scary looking then the fnaf 4 ones

Agreed, the nightmares were alittle over the top but believable, these designs look scary yes but do to how over made it is, it just takes away from the horror aspect. They look more in place in FNAF World honestly. If the designs were used in a game where you bearly see them and have to go by sounds or by the light from their "eyes" then they would be *FAR* more scary do to you not seeing them so often.
