When this sound chip was originally limited by the hardware it was bound to. This is what happens when it is unshackled, closer to what the composer and programmers intended.
Just here to say that if you happen to play this game, you have played one of the best, if not, the best, hidden gems of all time. Edit: there is an epic cover by Journey -sublevel 5 (it’s a must listen if you are here for more)
00:00 - Introduction 01:18 - Stage 1-1 (2-1) 03:32 - Stage 1-2 (5-1) 05:41 - Stage 2-2 (4-1) 07:16 - Stage 3-1 09:02 - Stage 3-2 10:40 - Stage 5-2 12:37 - Stage 5-3 14:12 - Shop 14:51 - Boss Fight 15:55 - Victory 16:14 - Epilogue This game was and still is very underrated. In India it was known by the name of Three Eyes Boy one of the few games on the NES I ever completed.
Bro in Venezuela I called it the three eyes too but in Spanish and I remember when I first got internet searching in yahoo and somebody told me it was mitsume GA tooru. I was able to finally with my grown ass skill (I was a kid lmao) since I couldn't beat last boss in console and the NES wasn't around I was able to complete it. My mother loved playing it too and we both saw how the story ended, crazy good timesssss
12:37 This track is absolutely phenomenal! Def my top VG music track now. Surprised it took me this long to hear it. This whole soundtrack is composed very well.
One of the most underrated soundtracks that doesn't get mentioned anywhere on any top nes soundtracks compilations on yt. And to add to the beauty of it, the way the transition happens in the game from stage 5-2 music to this one kind of prepares you for the final fight brilliantly
1:18 and 7:16 consists the essence of my childhood I can wake up early my whole life with either of them as my alarm tone. Although I doubt if I might drop into deeper sleep with a nostalgic dream.
I was initially introduced to this game through a rom hack called Pokémon 2000. It replaces the main character and instead you play as Charmeleon. It also rearranges the levels. For quite a while I wondered what the game was initially before it was changed. This was the original version of the game. :)
This is one of a few NES game I beat as a kid. I got many NES games but most of them is too hard that was unbeatable. This game got one of the best ending. It feel so nostalgia and heart warming.
The composer of this album is Hiroyuki Iwatsuki (岩月博之), The game developer is NATSUME, Publisher is TOMY, Cassette number is TOM-3M, Japanese version was released on July 17, 1992, the manga author is Osamu Tezuka (手冢治虫), the author of Astro Boy, it was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shonen Magazine (講談社週刊少年マガジン) from July 7, 1974 to March 19, 1978, a total of 16 volumes, and the Japanese TV animation was broadcast from October 18, 1990 to September 26, 1991, a total of 48 episodes. That time they may have limited technologies but their creativity is limitless .

The intro song is also used for the final boss fight.
Natsume got so awsome soundtracks. Mitsume ga tooru, Tokkyuu Shirei Solbrain, Choujin Sentai Jetman
Is natsume responsible for this gem?? They also did blue shadow which is also one of the best nes ost imo
Chaos World too
Toukon club too 💖
Oooo the natsume music is the best mitsume + Shaterhand best ost

3:32, 10:40, 12:37 and 16:42. Mitsume ga Toooru forever... ♥ ♥ ♥ ... I remember you always ^^
This music was written by a man from 2050, it is actually simple))) Who would have thought?))
You must add 7:16 too
Hiroyuki Iwatsuki - the best!
At last i found it! The Ending theme.

Stage 5-3 ❤️
Haa yarr 😭
Лучшая музыка,на мой взгляд,из всех игр на денди
Stage 2-2 the best
I really really Missed my childhood
What is this ending 17:04 .... great..... reminds of Mother..... so peaceful.....
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at last! i found my game ! my thems from my best game! tHX!
3:32 at 1.25 speed to enable trance mode. Then it sounds wrong back at normal speed.
1.16 tempo for the whole OST would make me happy.
Who would have thought bgm's on 8bit and 16bit consoles would be banger
I still remember playing this game for the first time the good old days
What a great game, i played it all days.
❤️❤️
Mitsume ga Tooru
the sound when I fight with the final boss?
One the best Nes games soundtrack...
16:42 💕
Best of the best, всегда!
Lost gem of NES
Stage 2-2 could be straight out of one of the NES mega man games
Wave man
Uncle Scrooge augments his cane into a mega buster to fight Dr. Wily.
My favorite game
They sound like TMNT. )))
7:16, 12:37 is Best Theme! :D
12:37 is just like choujin sentai jerman nes theme
@@indiangamingfactshistory4642 It makes sense, both games were made by Natsume, which is considered the best NES game music producer.
For some reason, my memory of these songs was at 0.9x the speed.
