it's really nice that so many people have decided to help others by making educative videos. Belief in humanity lives on. And these are one of the best, I've skimmed through alot of guys lately
To clarify for people he definitely meant Heparin pump. It is an anticoagulant (thins blood to reduce clotting). Removed before end of dialysis session otherwise obvious complications if patient were to then bleed.
I don't know if this channel is active anymore but are there really osmoreceptors on the collecting duct? I know they were in the hypothalamus but I didn't learn of them being in the walls of collecting ducts too. Thanks for the video btw, very helpful :)
5:00 it is not the blood vessel (endothelium) that restricts movement of proteins into the podocytes (bowman's capsule), its actually the basement membrane which is the restricting factor. Also, proteins with a Mr of 69,000 or below can enter the nephron
Do you think A level students can use Armanndo Hasudungans videos to hep us in our revision. He covers a lot of stuff in our syllabus, but i just wanna get your opinion thanks Tom

A trick : you can watch movies at flixzone. I've been using them for watching loads of movies these days.

great video. Hypertension is high blood pressure though not too much glucose
1) i think you meant hyperglycemia not hypertension.2) i think you meant heparin pump not hairpin pump
Got my exam later today! Thanks for your help
I love how you pronounce 'glomerulus'
my teacher pronounces it glom-air-el-oos
i pronounce it Har-Am-Bae
that just made me laugh out loud in a quiet library, thank you
I know Armando goes very detailed and deep cos its medicine but he does seem to cover a level stuff aswell
