I know he had vip and changed his effect color to be blue but how did he make it blue AND green? because you can only make it to one effect color so how did he make it 2?
Not everything turns blue sometimes the original color changes to a different color that you didn’t pick take it as Dabi’s moveset his effect sometimes interrupts your color and makes it into a different color
