Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. @@shieko3622 It's just so the item can work like it does, it halves damage each time it splits; if it didn't disappear at 1 damage it would have to split forever or have a hard cap
4:50 you actually can still get magic mush by blowing up mushrooms. chaos randomises item pools, but not set drops from props like dry baby from skulls or magic mush from mushrooms

The problem with chaos used to be that it gave you an oversized proportion of bomb items. If thats gone, its a good item.
It's just because there's so many different bomb items
@@mightnotmagic it was actually because it first rolled a pool from the list of pools, and one of the pools it could select from was the bomb beggar pool, which was just bombs.
There is this anti crash mod. It deletes all your tears when the room is done you could try that.

I know it's an old comment, but that's not quite true! For that translation, bonum would have to match case, number, and gender of Deus. Deus is nominative singular masculine, so you would expect bonus. Bonum is either masc accusative or neuter nominative. Since it's a copular clause it must be nominative, so it must be neuter. Neuter bonum is an abstract noun version of bonus, so something like "goodness" or "virtue"
Also, I think the word order is even more interesting, because it doesn't equate God to virtue, but virtue to God, so anything you may call good or virtuous apparently contains some aspect of God
TL;DR erm, ackshually, it means "virtue is (equal to) God" 🤓
Your translation in Latin would be "Deus est bonus" (or more likely "Deus bonus est") 🤓

hey matt, just letting you know that items dropped by breaking objects stay static in their item pool, breaking keepers can give either coupon, steam sale, quarter or head of keeper, mushrooms give mushrooms and tinted rocks give small rock, they dont change

I always used to think Ghenna was telling you "disdains", mostly because I thought Edmund was self aware enough to realize he created an annoying level, one you would disdain. But dog spins is a lot goofier and I prefer that.

i had a similar problem with the crashes but if you exit and load the run again you will not lose the progress of the floor up to the time you exited instead of redoing the whole floor, so
save and exit once every few rooms

Matt they buffed Devil Deals, most layouts that have nothing have been removed, so it's much more worth it now. (Devil layouts that had items now have 1 more most of the time)
They also nerfed Angel deals, now there's a greater chance of worse items, or no pedestals at all.

my spicy take on chaos is that its a good* item depending on how good you are at the game. If you're cracked and get angel or devil rooms on every floor then it starts struggling a bit because instead of getting spirit of the night or eye of the occult, you're getting breakfast or dad's lucky coin

Something interesting to try would be starting with spirit sword. It seems like a super solid item and even if you don't get great items I bet it could carry you a decent ways just by itself
I stand by that if Matt gets some really bad anti-synergy like spindown with car batter on these runs for funzies he should be able to remove the car battery and replace it with either 0 or 1 tier item
