I run phase shift on most my bots, I can phase through your shields breaker then hammer down after! Good to see someone plating with there head and not there wallet! Keep the vids coming bro.
Phase shift is tricky indeed! I do sometimes waste my ammo but other times I still manage to be successful or at least deal a certain amount of damage since phase shift lasts significantly less than shield breaker do! Thank you for stopping by, much appreciated! 🙂
I'm have run a lot of active modune on my Angler and at the last the lockdown modune is really for me, like it's kinda hard to blind somebody with electric shift nowadays, so when I go brawl with my Angler, in the most case I can easy blind them and drown their hp fast in a short time before they can fight back (3 blights and 1 hammer), or I can lockdown and blind them to run away when I want to escape from them when I can't manage to win. Ofc i can run the e paralysis drone but I want an instant lockdown when I fight the enemy with a very good durability and generation Aegis shield (like its just impossible to lockdown a Dagon with paralysis)
Absolutely bro, I always praise players who find strategies that fit their play style, and this is one of those cases! Lock down indeed has such an important impact in battle it can help you get closer to the target or help you get away and find cover when needed! Keep up with the good work man 🙂
Im surprised when i go against an Ocho for example, im using an Fafnir and they shield break me out of nowhere. Like, you almost never expect it, most would assume that the Ocho would have repair units😂
Yeah man, I always shift depending on the meta, when Lynx was meta and Beak was popular before nerf I had quantum radar everywhere, now, as you mentioned, shields are everywhere, I made this video before the downfall of Ophion, but also Dagons, Paladin and so on makes this active module worth it, and as I mentioned in the video, it’s a great way to save power cells! 🙂
I’m not sure what you mean by that, robots that have both quantum radar and shield breaker!? If that’s the case, yes, that’s a really effective combination! 🙂
You can try to add Beak drone and Last Stand to your robot, that will protect you in some occasions when you’re dealing with players that have shield breaker! It will help you survive or give you time to get in cover, again, in some situations! 🙂
Nice man, I’m working on an Erebus/Decay setup as well, i don’t know what to say about Mars tho, it’s probably one of the worst choices right now, sure, depending on the League one player is, up to Masters still usable, Champions however, not a good place for Mars! 🙂
@@MechAnimalWRI run a viper erebus and it just smokes a tonnof bots 😆 i only use mars because of all the stuff I invested into it before they nerfed it for no valid reason other than to give Curie less competition

Yup, it can be really effective but indeed, it will chew your power cells in no time, especially if you play often! 🙂
