Add that to youtube's algorithm and you have a recipe for tons of views and dislikes. You can check this easily, most of the recommended videos are focused on kids, or just open the most recent comments section and you'll see lots of generic accounts writting gibberish comments, those are tons of kids accounts writting in the RUclips app without knowing how the function works.
