Nah, def a king. Its speed during a drift is on par with that of the F5 and has a higher running speed of the other 3 kings. Then its drift is just supper insane. Major floties without having to 360 juat like the LVN, and you don't even have to do a punch drift either cause even with low speeds if glides through turns. While with other 3 kings you do in some parts of tracks and with Devil, you dont. The only problem I see with it, other than glitching into the ground sometimes during a drift, is that it's handling in small turns even with nitro. Supper hard to turn. But def say it's a king

I think this car is its own beast, and it needs its own playing style.
Found out that in some sections on tracks it's better to us nitro on ground instead of ramps. It accel faster. Helped me win some races by doing so.

If Air Ace is not fixed then Venom F5 will beat devel in most of the tracks
They make devel on ground base but this game is built on 90% Ramp
I do know one thing! I am able to handle it more better than Venom
