I unexpectedly discovered Lofi music last summer, and it was a revelation. It's amazing how something so soothing and calming can elude you for years. This music has become a source of comfort and a balm for the troubles that have lingered far too long. I dedicate it to those I miss dearly.

Last month, I moved to the countryside to work on a farm and live among nature for the first time in my life. It was truly a special experience for me, one I'll always think about fondly. This mix and the background art you used remind me of that trip and my short time on the farm. Farming is arduous labour but it's also rewarding and probably the most meaningful type of work that I've done so far. Anyway, thanks for posting and have a nice day.

@@JumpingMike333 I was feeling stuck and my depression was getting worse so I thought some change might help, which it did. I'd always loved gardening and wanted to live somewhere more quiet. I agree with you. I know "touch grass" sounds a little condescending but to live among nature, to grow and harvest the fruit of your labour does have intrinsic meaning to us as humans I think.

It’s sad time once again boys . . .
Life can be full of turns and twists, stops and obstacles, unwelcome occurrences and unknown paths - It’s always mysterious, always winding, and not always the thrilling adventure some may claim it to be. There are dark days, and holes in the road, and pit drops where one wonders what the point continuing is . . . And then, it appears. A sunset. A friendly wave. A good meal, or bad joke. It’s a reminder that not everything is bad, that there is still nice and good and comforting, and that anything can be waiting around the bend. Until then, in the mean time, listen to some music.
