Some truth here. I did a week of 12 hour shifts (with a 4 hour commute) Thermit welding in -2 degrees in the middle of winter with a full blown chest infection so I could pay the bills. Pretty much falling asleep on the highway driving home. Sometimes the higher ups forget how brutal it can be.
