Crochet Mini Christmas Stocking

- In this video I will show you step by step how to crochet this cute mini Christmas stocking. This tutorial is meant for intermediate crocheters. This is only my second video tutorial and I apologize for a couple errors when I say to do a HDC and meant DC. I showed the correct way to do it, but said the wrong crochet term. I hope this doesn't confuse anyone! Happy Crocheting!!

Supplies:
-Size I 5.5 mm crochet hook amzn.to/3KPBZHq
-2 colors yarn, I used "I Love This Yarn" from hobby lobby in colors Keylime & White.
-Tapestry needle amzn.to/3r4C1nh
-Scissors
Stitches used:
-Magic circle
-Chain
-Slip Stitch
-Single crochet
-Half double crochet
-Half double crochet together
-Double Crochet
-Front post double crochet

And I forgot to mention, your explanation of the 'magic circle' is by far the best!! It was clear, simple to understand. Being a lefty, it's always an adjustment to learn stitches, etc. Thank you again!!! :)
Wonderful! This makes me so happy! It took a long time for me to find a MC technique that clicked for me. Now I use this way of making one or all of my projects! Happy Crocheting!

I am soooo happy that you found this crochet project to be enjoyable & to use it to make goodies for a cause. Mini stockings are a bit nostalgic for me. My birthday is close to Christmas (hence my middle name being Noelle) & when I was a young child my mom would throw wonderful parties for my b-day. In mini store bought stockings she would put plastic utensils and use them for the table settings for all of my friends, so this project brings a smile to my face. I found old time radio shows on RUclips, so I listen to Gunsmoke now to crochet and be entertained without the visual distraction that TV causes 👍🤓

Love this pattern 🥰 my only issue is at the end of the first coloured round after doing the heel im coming out with 18 stitches and not 20, ive tried and tried and i cant figure out where im going wrong 😢
