This is a very informative video on the finer aspects of the cylinder block and piston... Quite enlightening ! 👍 My Rx135 4S was in storage and rust has caught up on the cylinder wall. As such the piston is seized at BDC. For past few days, I am soaking in diesel, 2T oil and with occassionsl spray of WD-40. Able to scrub a fair amount of oxidation. Still seems a long way to go before I can get the piston out of seizure... Is this good enough? Thanks
@@bosegarage Thanks for your concern. I am planning to get the piston out in 1-2 days. Planning it carefully, so that I don't end up damaging any of these scarce parts. Cylinder head is out and all cleaned up, some time ago. Next, planning to axially remove the block, my guess is it should let go of the piston, as it's already at BDC. If this happens safely, removing piston from con-rod should be easy. Then I can assess the reboring job, and the oversizes. Any pointers would help. Thanks.
@@vintubeable I believe you are moving in the right direction. WD40 will certainly help. Make sure that no deep scratches are inflicted on the bore during the process
@@jasondcosta3634 Good evening. The price of the Yamaha genuine RX king Cylinder kit in Indonesia is around 2,200,000 IDR which is almost 12000 Indian Rupees.
@@AnveshSinghThapa This cylinder kit is suitable for RX135, RXG and RXZ and not for RX100. For RX100 you can try to source RXS/RX115 kit which is available in Indonesia and Thailand. Original is no longer in production though.
Is it direct fit on indian rx135? What all needed to be changed like head/carb/coil plate etc.. and how is the performance post changing to king block on indian rx135?
Yes it is a direct fit on Indian RX135. For a proper conversion to RX King Spec you need to change the below items 1. RX King Head 2. RX King Cylinder kit 3. RX King Carburetor 4. RX King Exhaust 5. RX King magnet and coils 6. RX King CDI, Rectifier, ignition coil etc
Hello sir.after watching your youtube videos i bought all rx king parts that above you already mentioned but performance is not what i expected. can you share your experience regarding rx king specs on indian rx
Sir your video is excellent 👌... I bought RX 100 with G2 kit . Now i need to change my clutch assembly and bore, piston with head. I dont know how to get these items. Can you help me ..
Thank You. Yamaha RX100 genuine parts are getting rare these days. Original bore, piston and head are no longer available. Better to reborn your cylinder to next oversize and use TKRJ pistons. TKRJ pistons need to be imported from Japan.
A complete conversion to King spec will land you up at around 18 bhp @ 9000rpm. That is around 4 bhp more than an Indian RX135 5 speed. But please note that an Indian RX135 5 speed will develop 14 bhp @ 7500rpm. The King cylinder will perform only at a higher rpm and hence low end torque won't be there.
നന്നായി വിവരിച്ചു. Super. I have ordered from Indonesia the same for 12,000/- plus courier charges

Can we use izumi piston on Indian rx135 4 speed models?
Will the piston port on the izumi pistons and cylinder ports on E3 bores match??
Yes you can use Izumi, FIM, NPP pistons for RX King on your Indian RX135 without any issues.
