Hello sir, with due respect, I would like to ask from my heart that is it really possible to drop our breath below 6/minute?
namaskaram, this are various levels of stillness. When you are in a state of meditation your breath naturally drops....This is how the yogis who are in deep state of meditivness brings there breath naturally down.🙏
Yes. I am perfectly comfortable with 6 when sitting down and resting. I don't meditate but I've been doing yoga since I was 11, so that probably has something to do with it :) If you're healthy, with practice it will come.

In my opinion God is intelligent intellectual and curiosities let Is to approach towards the nature to get understand everything without following any pattern of breathing. I feel that people animals, birds and everything in this existance likes stillness and get attracted towards it. Also I feel that everything in this universe is alive we are only segregating it in living and non loving on the basis of our knowledge and experiences and we may not knowing their languages but we know everything has their own sounds and everything in this universe breath, response to the universal touches and communicates to the universe but its we whom can not listen to everything in our surroundings on any pattern of breathing, and assumptions might be as accurate as we are on rise of a certain spiritual height.
