Rico would've never been able to hang with the K1-fighters of 2003, 2004 etc. He was losing in his last fight against Hari. Imagine Rico against Hari in Hari's prime...would've gotten knocked out in the first round.

Kickboxing is so much more professional and entertaining than boxing (at least American boxing). I wish there was more support for this sport in the US.

I would say it's growing, 3 major promotions for kickboxing now.. in Asia its bigger than ever, now for Europe and North America that depends.. personally I can see some ufc fans liking them more because of the expensive ppv, and some of boring fights with wrestlers just pinning down, no ground and pound

I think the size of his legs and his arms give him a advantage over the ones in his own weight. Much more power to be released when you are that size, it's not like other fighters his weight have big muscle legs and arms like Rico to make them the weight they are
Gerges weighs 240, rico 265, both have different frames, body types, and genetics. Just because gerges legs are skinny dosent mean his kicks are not powerful

Beste gevecht van verhoeven is badr vs 2 , ik ben grote voorstaander van verhoeven , maar badr , je moet het hem geven, zonder zijn blessure was die kampioen.

Rico’s body looks like Greek Gods. He is giant, very very strong , very tough, absorb hard hits. Everything looks perfect for him. But I should mention that, I cannot see the same technique and skill that Badr Hari have. Rico is still slow. Rico Can not find the opponent’s gaps easily.

Rico is the king of a washed-up sport. Every good opponent has left. He is fighting bums and retired fighters looking for another pay.
