Father Daughter Eclipse Trip

We weren't alone, a couple of the Usual Suspects were in on the idea to travel to Doniphan Missouri to get in the path of totality of the 2024 Solar Eclipse. On the way Jrm927's oil fill cap backed off and oil slicked the rear half of his bike, and the front half of both my V85TT and Enginebreak's Tuareg. I couldn't stop well at the next exit and we had to do an emergency oil check and top off along with brake cleanings on all bikes. We were cutting it very close on time after that. We made it and couldn't be picky when we arrived. Mary's Place was a great choice as we were at a good place to eat as soon as the event was over. The adventure wasn't over though. We ran through a severe thunderstorm on the way home and was dark getting back.
