    ---
    Gerard Adams, also known as The Millennial Mentor™, is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist. His mission is to turn entrepreneurs into industry-recognized leaders while showing them how to create true impact and freedom through their business.
    Gerard became a self-made multi-millionaire by 24, but lost it all during an economic downturn. However, that didn’t slow him down. He kept going and co-founded an online media publication called EliteDaily.com. Gerard helped EliteDaily.com grow to a readership of over 80 million visitors per month. And in 2015, he sold the platform to a multi-billion-dollar global corporation for $50,000,000.
    Since then, he’s invested in, built, and backed 9 companies and trades that have all made seven figures. He’s lived bi-coastal, owned exotic cars, traveled the world first-class, and made friends with countless influencers. Although the material rewards were great, it inspired him to share what he had learned to help other purpose-driven entrepreneurs create the businesses they needed so they could serve the world on a higher level. This is how Leaders Create Leaders was born.

    I understand everything you are saying bro, an immigrant myself, came here illegally with my parents, didn't have a green card most of my life, so i couldn't really work legally. Paid for college out of pocket and all. Realized that an education would not get me one of those brownstones you are sitting on, so went the entrepreneurial route. Now my children and wife, we live in a brownstone with so much space and my kids can go to private school, far cry from sleeping on the floor and eating tuna with rice or cereal with water. Nothing like the immigrant struggle that later gives you the hustle. Thanks for all that you are doing.

      When folk speak of immigration they always land in the north ...never migrating to the South. The South was it’s own “country” with its own sick laws.

    "Most of us, we ponder and we procrastinate and we have over-analysis paralysis and we think we have to have the perfect idea at the perfect time- but we never end up taking the imperfect action in order to execute and start to bring it to life , adapt, and become comfortable with the uncertainty, learning from the mistakes, and understanding overcoming the failure is part of the journey."

    For y'all to be so young and project such wisdom and positivity is refreshing. I am watching, learning and listing to everything I can to gain the knowledge to one day be featured one this show. I am a young man that speaks just like this with everyone I know. My biggest struggle is trying to find my lane, my niche. How would you know if your niche is unique enough or ripe for picking. I have so many interest and experiences to draw from. I think very big. My vision, my ultimate goal is to do just as John is doing. Building a legacy, long lasting wealth, and providing support for others to make it as well.

    • @GerardAdamsTV
      @GerardAdamsTV  5 лет назад

      I'm so grateful that this has impacted you brother. There is so much to do in this world, my best advice is to go after what you love to do the most. The biggest reason people don't take action is that they are caught in "analysis paralysis" and overthink the process too much. You just need to take action and see what feels the most natural to you. Continue to follow your heart and leave the legacy you dream of. 🔥💪

    Sending big ups and a big WOW from Aotearoa NZ!! Thank you for this interview Gerard. John Henry miharo! (amazing) mad respect for this young man who I wouldn't have guessed was so young due to his level of professionalism and maturity. Love seeing young people utilizing their young years by getting their shit together early!
    I only came across your channel today after searching for interviews on Suzy Batiz who is one of the many Mamapreneurs in the world who inspire me and normally only tune into interviews featuring Mamapreneurs due to doing what they do while raising kids and doing what we all do as Mama's 24/7 - a mega juggle I struggle with. After watching this interview in addition to Suzy's - SOLD on your channel and thank you both for speaking on being a person of color and not seeing or having readily available access to those already on "the other side" that look like us. Building generational wealth not just for us and ours but the whole community love it!
    I'm on the other side of the world from ya'll but trust me when I say it's the same dilly here too which always frustrates me but at the same time fuels me to thrive so I be part of the bridge for my people to see someone who looks like them on the other side in the near future so thank you again! The WHOLE segment lol. But starting at the 23:30 mark. No lies were told, knowledge was dropped and a small light went off in my mind. I'm currently in the beginning stages of trying to start a wholesale hair distribution company that is minority owned with myself and my friend who is Indian and back in India. He went back to India to take what he learned here in the States and give it to his people. With us starting the distribution company it will employ his siblings and parents and allows him to began to change his community, it will also do the same for my family as well. What you all discussed in this video also shed more light on why it's important to give back and shed light on your community so others can shine and shed light too. Again I say there's so much inspiration, I want to keep watching it over and over making sure I didn't miss anything. Thank you for your work. Sorry for the long reply lol

    I love what he says at @ 13:19. I am just an ordinary person just trying to create an ordinary business. Nothing phenomenal or trendy or game-changing. And I feel like there is a big push to be something extraordinary. And It is tough. I totally agree about getting stronger through failures. It sucks. But at least it's helping me to become more resilient.

      @@GerardAdamsTV Gerard Adams What drew me in was the positive energy/vibe in the video (from the scene, the conversation between the two of you, etc. It was very well done). I love John's optimism, hustle, and willingness to take a chance on himself. I love how the Universe stepped in when he took the leap and stepped out of his comfort zone. The video is uplifting and very motivating. I can really relate. I've watched his video on Viceland as well.

    Much love from South Africa..I'm on the verge of starting a business and for now I'm even struggling to put together a mere business plan in words although I have every idea on how the business will run. Sometimes because of my background I ask myself is this really for me or should I stay employed but even as I am writing I do not have petrol (gas) in my car and expecting my first child at 39 years in 4 months. All I can do is watch encouraging videos like this to keep me hoping.. I strongly believe I will be the business man soon soon I don't care what happens I will give my all. Thank you

      The elevator analogy. ( 16:52-17:30) My takeaway from that was, every step counts. Some doors open up and some doors close. But YOU ARE IN CONTROL of what level you land on.
