Honestly, I just run through it a whole bunch of times until I can get it. That’s how I learn most of my riffs. Also reviewing scales often really helps too.
This song is a great finger exercise in itself for speed just play it slow then keep ramping up the speed, play this riff for 20 minutes a day for a week and you'll get pretty fast, once you start to feel the burn in your hand you know your gaining muscle memory and speed you can also use a metronome!
