Well I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently 33 weeks pregnant(first time mom ) :) and I've been working out through whole pregnancy, and much of that time spent doing your workouts. My favourite are those regarding easier labor because strenght is important but proper relaxation is also benefitial, especially in third trimester, and especially for those of us who are sort of "super active" and need to learn how to relax. So thank you, can't wait until tomorrow to try this new workout.

This is the 1st hiit cardio workout I’ve been able to find for pregnancy that is good quality and got me sweating! Thank you! I do 30 min workouts so a bit longer would be awesome, but honestly I felt like I wasn’t pregnant. The workout flowed so well that I felt like a normal person. Loved it!
Loving your workouts - I'm 29 weeks and these have motivated me to get back into exercise regularly in my last trimester, as I wasn't so great the first two 😅 but now it's almost a daily thing, they make me feel great! Thank you

Just done with this one: perfect workout when one has a boost of energy! Felt a bit more challenged (in the good way) than usual without pain. 31 weeks here! Quite challenging for me, especially the lunges and squats. I quit couple of time before the time is up.. Don't really know if my baby's breech position affecting my balance, because her head is way up my belly. But I do feel good after doing this. Thank you!
I love your workouts and do them every morning, I feel great. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and the only thing I am struggling with is finding my balance when doing lunges or similar. Any advice? Thank you for your great work :)

Yay! Congratulations on reaching 3rd trimester:) It depends a little on your flexility / experience and your pregnancy. If you can do it safely without squishing/pressing on your belly then quite possibly. Also be mindful not to overstretch with the extra relaxin hormone you have. If you still aren’t sure check with your doctor or Physio :)
I really liked the workout :) I'm 17 weeks pregnant and it was challenging for me, but also not to much that I felt uncomfortable :) Is it normal to feel the burn in the thighs much earlier in pregnancy? I could swear, I did more squats and lunges without feeling the burn so early and intense.
How the other mamas do the workout twice or more times in a row? Omg i am dying in first 10minutes 🙊🙊🙊 (3rd trimester mama) it’s really challenging for me. But i will continue and do this workout everyday. Thank you so much for all your videos! You are the best!

Try using a chair for support, I have this same issue and a chair to one side usually helps
