I was able to not measure by watching her & still turned out, my peanut butter had coconut oil in it & it was delicious! I fully coated some & just drizzled chocolate over others so I could eat them while the dipped ones froze 🙌🏽❤️

I would recommend toasting the nut flour as well, it doesn't take long and gives a really nice toasty flavor to whatever you use it in. Might make the cookie dough less sticky too.
