Every man’s dream car
There it is, my dream Vette color and all, so pretty it hurts.
currently saving up for one of these. color and all.. maybe not an l88 but certainly a 69 427 in lemans
WOW absolutely perfect 🖒🖒🖒
This is not a true L88. No radios heaters or A/C were allowed.
Thank you Tim. Radio and air conditioning were not available when ordering the L88 option. The radio was added by the owner when it was restored
Also this doesn't have the deep groove 5" alternator pulley, among many other glaring problems under the hood.
@ Tim Garrett Only the 67 L88 was heater delete, all 68 and 69 L88's had a heater and defroster, same as every other Corvette those years.
Doesn't even have that "open chamber " lumpy idle"
not the orig..distr...or spark plug wires...what else did they alter on this rare car??
Looks to be a well presented big block C3 ... however probably not '69 L88 as stated having an incorrect radiator with a P/S steering radiator hose, also as fitted with radiator shroud & an alloy water pump and a Hurst shifter ... is a little hard to tell from the video but are they '68 doors and handles without the press button and is that trim tag in the door jamb really upside down? Looks to be an early '69 having the '68 style wiper door canister and painted silver grille ... being an L88 though in '69 it probably should have had J50 power brakes.

Spark wires are correct and lack of ignition shielding is also correct on a factory radio delete car which the L88 was.
That looks like Bryer Blue
