Check in your BIOS to see. It will have your current and full model number. Usually F2 key on most computers to enter BIOS as soon as you power on your computer.

When you turn on your computer you can hit the ESC key repeatedly and select the BIOS option. In the BIOS on the main page or under system information (depending on your computer) you should see a service tag number or serial as well as your exact model and sun model information. That's very strange. You might need to reformat the computer. I would maybe just try getting your system info through your BIOS instead. Try F2 key or ESC key on start-up and that should take you into the BIOS and your system info will be there my friend. 🙏
