Hey wanna listen to me yap about Shrimpo angst I made myself inspired by the headcanon vid I watched? If the Dandy’s world cartoon was made first in the lore then technically all the toons that were soon made had to follow and be in character, for most of them this could have been easy, except Shrimpo had to play bully role so what if everytime he wasn’t in character his toon handler would beat the Sh*t out of him until Shrimpo finally stayed in character and now Shrimpo stays in character living in fear his handler would return to get him if he didn’t, while for the others it just became their own personality.
