the reason why hu tao destroys everything is because her attacks are considered punishing towards enemies, the hu tao you saw in this vid is C6 meaning that she has butterfly's embrace, she will crit every single time, making her attacks more lethal and punishing than before, oh and she is now much harder to kill when that activates

I have 820 wishes saved so I think I have enough for c6 hu Tao but the absolute NEED for the tsaritsa is to strong
I have managed to save enough to get 2 5 star C6 now (albeit my 2nd one I have much better luck). I believe if you have a bit of bad luck, you need to at least save for almost 5 months or half a year (provided there are good events) or longer to roll for a C6. I think you should just roll C6 for a single character that you like because I think by the time the Tsaritsa comes, you will have saved more than enough to have her C6 and possibly even R5 (provided you still steel yourself to save everything for the Tsaritsa)
