Wonderful lecture sir I love your lectures.
A delay of between 120ms and 200ms has to occur when impulse travels through the internodal pathway so that ventricular contraction occurs after the completion of atrial contraction. This delay doesn't occur when conduction occurs through abormal pathways therefore we see this shortening of PR interval in WPW syndrome.

I also have the same problem, can I be fine, have tried qiu twice, dr but still the same, it will be 18 years
