I catch Marshalls pricing 1.7oz bottles w/ 3.4oz prices by accident on occasion. But it's never the other way around 😂. Some of my better finds though were men's fragrances placed in the women's section.
Polo blue EDP is good, but Polo blue gold blend is Great!!! I need that Drakkar, my best friend of 35 years died last week and I remember us in 1990 spraying Drakkar on after gym class when I got a bottle for Christmas and our whole hallway could smell us the rest of the day... We became best friends and our LOVE of fragrances and trying to out due the other began... Of all to the houses out there Ralph Lauren Polo from top to bottom in my opinion is King... See ya on the other side my brother.
Back in my day, you could smell 3 fragrances everywhere...Drakkar Noir, Gucci Nobile, and CK Obsession. I was all about the Obsession back then. Great vid!

Nice finds! 🎉 I was able to find a few Men’s colognes at my local Marshals just after the holidays. They had a bunch of GUESS Homme Seductive, Calvin Klein Be and my fave find was BOSS BOTTLED Eau De Parfum. Even more amazing were the fragrant Men’s soaps. Marshals reps can be helpful too, they marked down a BOSS BOTTLED Eau De Parfum for me 🤯👍
We are defeated in my area, it's two groups of people who know when the trucks come in. They are there when the doors open and go grab everything then sort it out! I know because I shop at their stores also😂😂

Picked up Lalique Encre Noire and Encre Noire À L'Extrême from my local TJ Maxx yesterday after work. Both were 100ml bottles. Cost me $29.99 each. Also if you haven't tried it yet, Bvlgari Wood Neroli is a fantastic fragrance, but $59.99 is way too much for a 60ml bottle especially since I bought a 100 ml bottle from TJ Maxx for $39.99 a year ago.
I really like Drakkar Intense… Azzaro Pour Homme Intense and Pasha de Cartier Parfum are also fantastic fragrances composed similarly. Classic meets modern… warmer boozier.. Love em
I thought you might find this kind of funny. In the 80s, I picked up a Drakkar Noir gift set. In addition to the Cologne and Aftershave, it came with a small wrench with the Drakkar logo printed on it.

Picked up facconable French Riviera edp 90ml for $20, juicy dirty English 100ml for $20 and missoni parfum pour homme 100ml for $30 2 days ago, it was a decent haul, enjoying them all so far as well
I walked by Boss selection so many times and then I finally got it at Burlington...I couldn't believe how good it was for the price...signature scent. Slept on for so long.
Years ago I had a bottle of Drakkar explode in my luggage on a flight to Greece. Spent a month there and couldn't wash the smell off my clothes... Haven't had a bottle since, but recently I've been soooo tempted to grab one for nostalgia's sake... Maybe Intense will scratch that itch....
Just left TJ Maxx, and they had four different bottles of Nishane, at reasonable prices. $179.99 for 100ml and $129.99 50ml. Very surprised to see them
My local Marshall's never has any men's fragrances. Ross has re-stocked some, but it's the same old stuff, especially alot of different Curve. Have better luck finding stuff at my local Burlington although they are still pretty empty right now.
Drakkar is based off the Original scent from the 70s ....not Noir but seems to have a touch of its DNA. think I will be able to "get away " with wearing Intense more than the Noir now a days . it has a Barber shop warmness and nice spice . lasts about 6 hours on my skin and first hour and a half has decent projection ....catch nice whiffs off myself during the day .
I had polo blue EDT.. and tried this EDP and I did not like the opening.. but later it was ok gold blend is nice.. parfum is nice.. deep blue is nice.. i think all that come later were alright... but it is confusing.. hehe
Do you guys feel the inventory is back to pre pandemic levels? I live 1 hr north of San Diego and all the rack stores here suck. The only thing I found was a edt Cremo Citron and driftwood which is excellent cooling summer scent fyi. I suspect the fancier areas get more high end stuff which I can understand
@@gerardgeorge it has so many scent changes in it and can be a bit polarizing or divisive. The dry down is where people start saying “oh you smell different and good”. The opening is a brisk Aquaman trident 🔱 to the face haha. Grab a decant on Etsy, can’t wait to see your opinion
Polo Blue EDP is not too sweet has a cedar/pepper element that balances the Ambroxen/Vanilla or whatever they use now. I’m annoyed with sweet scents now so it’s refreshing
Just grabbed F Black from Burlington on Tuesday, worn it a few times, not sure if it's for me but it's decent. A little powdery for me though, and the performance is pretty lacking.
I like it. Had it for a few yrs now. Wore it last night. Doesn’t smell the same as when I first stared wearing it. Returned to it and it’s smells like a spicy apple pie. Sweet n spicy.
The rack stores EVERYWHERE in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas are all completely empty. I went to a couple of Ross stores that had less than 10 total bottles in the store. Polo Blue EDP isn't bad, but it's not one I own and I don't really want, honestly. I have Polo Blue Gold Blend, and Polo Blue Parfum is far and away more interesting. Not to mention the absolute dragon's hoard of other blue fragrances I own. That DN intense is a good find. Definitely an update on an outdated fragrance in my opinion. I went bananas yesterday and did a whole fragrance shopping spree online. I ended up buying Stronger With You Freeze, Halloween Man Hero, Imaginary Authors O Unknown!, 1 Million Cologne, Rochas L'omme Aromatic Touch, Lataffa Kismet Angel, and a second bottle of Etat Libre D'Orange Ghost in the Shell. I already had a bottle of that last one, but I had a friend who was interested and it was on sale and cheap so I threw it in the cart.

I think is definitely interesting and Imaginary Authors is one of my favorite houses, combined with the very rare appearance of seeing Imaginary Authors at a discounter and I had to pick it up. Last one too! I think all in all I think it was a solid haul. I'm excited to try Aromatic Touch, it sounds like an improvement on the original Rochas L'omme. And Lataffa has been killing it, so this new one is hopefully another home run.

They sell them on their website too. Nishane, Memo, Montale, Mancera, Creed, PDM. Its always like the shelves, changes week by week.

Drakkar Intense is a pleasant fragrance, but longevity is a very poor. On clothes is a little better, but still not enough.
I actually got decent longevity the day I wore it. It wasn’t too bad the smell is awesome though.
