They didn't look thrilled be there. Ian looks pretty worn out. Enough questions analyzing everything about the band. Appreciate the honesty of Ian liking Ceremony and Billy not so much. In another interview Ian said they weren't all in the studio together for that album, it was pieced together. This was around the time they were gearing up for the 4 year break they needed.
The band split up very soon after this so....I think there were tons of cracks beginning to show with the band at this stage. I just saw them last Friday on the Sonic Temple 30th Anniversary Tour and it was my 16th CULT show...and I can say without fail that they are sounding and playing better than I have seen them since '89. If you get the chance to see them on this tour....I highly suggest going. Cheers!
@@allsystemsgo8678 When Jamie Stewart left in 1990 after recording on the first four albums he said at that point Billy and Ian were barely on speaking terms even and travelled separately.. I believe it was the 5th album "Ceremony" that was the catalyst for the end of the band.
Every album The Cult made just got better and better
Ian has almost lost his English accent now. It’s still there but it’s def Americanized. Love him. Love him. Love him.
the 94 album is one of my all-time favorite records. They found a unique sound on this one that I think has gone under the radar in history.
These guys truly rock
On another note reminds me when MTV used to be good in my opinion
Ian is so humble and beautiful❤️
Love when ian starts to laugh at The end of The intervju Ian is m soulmate for sure
The Cobain segment was fucking pathetic.
Never ask Craig Adams to write your eulogy...

They broke up after this. It was a really rough period for just about and band that was from the 80's.

Honestly, if I had to interview the Cult I wouldn't be able to speak.
Appalling interviewer....reading from a GCSE script!!
