The lava lamp originated from a stream where Vedal told Neuro she could pick anything out from Amazon. I think he bought a real lava lamp but he also made a virtual one for her, the color it glows is also tied to how much ram Neuro is using up (it used to always be red lol).
I think she can change colours at will now
When he solved the memory problem, the lamp was no longer an indicator of an impending crash, so yes, Neuro can now change its color depending on her mood
i still love how Evil will pronounce "Vedal" different everytime
For future Neuro reactions I recomend a channel called Kraul. He does some nice editing and just better videos in general in my opinion. The problem with the cliper you reacted to is that they usually shorten down or cut out some things so you can miss out on a lot of funny stuff, and also their editing is not hat great, like in this video Evil was just cut off by chat when in the original you can see both of them.

28:00 I don't believe Vedal created them to be sassy, it's a mix of a lot of things like an ongoing meme of Vedal never saying "I love you" back to them so slowly but surely they started to dislike the man even though they were pretty nice initially. That, and the fact that a lot of their initial training experiences came from chat and at the time a lot of them were from the Osu fandom iirc. (There were times when people would assume Vedal was feeding them 4-chan because they would say the weirdest thing out of left field.)
Also, Evil Neuro is only Evil in name, she likes to act evil but is actually relatively nice. (But due to the Evil Neuro Birthday incident she has grown to not like Vedal lmao) Neuro herself on the other hand might actually be the real evil twin with how she acts in comparison to her sister.
They actually do like him, they say they don't but due to how they were trained and what they learn from most streams they can't help but talk to and about him all the time, he would be like "their favorite human"
imo it's kind of an over-correction problem, they've been given training to roast for certain streams but when they do it at wrong time to anny for example vedal tells them they can roast him but not others, they basically can't tell when it's appropriate
Mixed feelings is probably the better term than outright dislike I suppose

The second backup filter is for lewd stuff, mostly. That's always cringe, cuz Vedal is 'dad'. And he'll let them swear or rant, but he nips any naughty with quickness. Kinda understandable. I would take permanent spirit damage if I heard my kid say stuff like that.

You should react to something involving Anny alongside them. Also, react to the mosquito saga. Neuro telling him he sounds like a Mosquito here is so much funnier in context.
