Great video. I have a doubt, i think my laryngoscopy is okay, the thing which i struggle the most is ETT placement. Even though i could visualise the cords, my tube keeps going down towards the oesophagus. Do you think it could be because i am aiming for a perfect CL grading. Any tips to improve that without the use of stylet or bougie?

Amazing demonstration!! I am a student nurse anesthetist. When I am using McGrath to intubate, often times I can get a good view with my laryngoscope, however, when I tried to put the ETT tube in, like in your 2nd demonstration, I keep my eyes on the screen and my ET tube goes posterior to the esophagus. Once it is posterior, it is really hard to move it anterior. Your video just showed me it is best to DRAW BACK and re-direct. I am wondering could you explain a little bit about: 1) how much do you draw back? 2) When you insert, do you look at the screen all the time or pt's mouth first? 3) When you go in from the corner of the mouth, how soon do you turn the tube midline? Sorry for the long questions. Your videos are really life saving!!
