Hitler was such an weird guy in this scene he talks about that having no compassion for anyone Is good and that humanity is bad But he cared for animals and was a vegetarian 😂
To be fair, his vegetarian diet wasn't so much out of compassion but to try to help his digestion. Also his vegeterianism was relatively late in his life: according to Rudolf Hess's wife(Ilse Hess), it was gradual and Hitler had stopped eating meat completly in 1937, save for liver dumplings and only became completly meat free in 1938. There's some speculation that it was psychological, coming in heels of his niece's suicide(to whom Hitler might or might not have been sexually attracted to: those are rumors coming from rival Nazi-leader Otto Strasser, whose brother Gregor Strasser Hitler had murdered, so take it with grain of salt). Albert Speer does recall that in some dinner conversations Hitler used vivid language about slaughtering of animals to encourage his staff to go vegan also, so maybe he had some resemblence of compassion towards animals. But then again, those with anti-social tendencies usually do connect easier with animals than people.
This reminds me of family gatherings where one family member will start talking about politics and another will retort and get in a shouting match at the dinner table
