Tested on a raw Hasselblad portrait shot in existing indoor light at 1600 ISO - the results are fantastic! Cleaned up color noise and looks sharp and clean. Well done Julieanne - thank you Adobe!
Im using a Canon 5D Mark II with CR2 Raw files but the Denoise function errors out when I click Enhance saying unknown error. I have researched why this is happening but I can't understand. Can someone tell me.
Tested it vs DxO PureRaw v3 and found that skin tones in LR denoise AI are distinctly plastic looking compared to DxO. Not ready for prime time for portraiture IMHO

Fantastic tutorial
1:12 Hi Julieanne, will this option be added to Lightroom’s workflow? Thank you

don't know which application you were using camera raw as plug-in with, but if it's photoshop, upgrade it to 2023 version then try camera raw again.
Its not working for me blanked out and not accessible why is that.
Denoise is not working anymore in Camera Raw. Worked 2 days ago and it was AMAZING. Now it can't even be accessed.
If your pictures are JPEG Denoise doesn't appear, your files have to be in RAW...
@@gmonc8912 Yes. I do know that. But there are time in ACR, opening a raw file, and Denoise won't be available. Has happened quite a few times.
Thanks . Excellent !

Did you add back Grain in the Effects panel like she suggested?
I used it with my files, all under 10 seconds render
It takes almost two minutes per image (27 MP) with my late 2014 iMac (32 GB RAM and a fusion drive). May I ask what computer you use?
It takes FOREVER to render, 7 mins vs under 30 seconds for Topaz denoise AI!
Wow! What size are your raw files and what CPU speed? I’m on a Mac Studio running Canon R5 DNGs in LR with most under 30 seconds.
Mines also takes a ridiculous amount of time and it slows my whole computer down even though I have 16 gb of ram and decent cpu speed
Looks quite cumbersome at the moment. Also to many "can't"
